Thank you for your interest in the Gift Shop at the Cambridge Centre for the Arts.  Preference will be given to artists living in the Cambridge area.

Selection Criteria

  1. Artistic quality and craftsmanship
  2. Sales potential of artist’s work in the Gift Shop
  3. Price
  4. Size of work
  5. Suitability of the artist’s work in a public space
  6. Variety of medium represented in the Gift Shop
  7. Space availability in the Gift Shop

What happens next?

  1. Applications will be reviewed and considered under the Selection Criteria.
    1. Online Applications
      1. Your application will be reviewed and an email response will be sent in 3-4 weeks.
    2. For Mail-In or Dropped Off Applications
      1. Please include colour photos (not actual artwork) with your application.  A mailed response will be sent in 3-4 weeks.
  2. If your work meets the selection criteria and no space is available to display your work, you will be notified of your conditional acceptance by mail. Your completed Artist’s Request for Consideration form will be kept on file for one year from the date of submission. If space becomes available in the Gift Shop during that indicated time frame, you will be contacted.
